Haunted House on 13th Street ; Kathrine1993
Reports were coming in about people going into an abandoned home on 13th street, and never returning. Officer Kathrine went to investigate. A few days went by, but, on October 31st, SLPD received a photo given anonymously that showed officer Kathrine in the home, hovering, while an onlooker looked at her possessively. Attached to the photo was a letter that read. "This is what happens, when you enter MY HOUSE!!!"
